Innowerx is committed to serve the community and environment through a host of CSR programs with primary focus of Environment, Women Empowerment, Child Education, and such. The CSR activities are well organized, structured and are driven by the Innowerx team leaders. At Innowerx CSR is not a mere checkpoint for compliance but a momentous opportunity to express our respect and gratitude towards nature and society. We also encourage and invite our stakeholders to be part of our CSR campaigns to have a profound impact.
Environment
Creating a Positive impact through Sustainable industry practices
Our primary goal is to follow clean manufacturing practices and to adopt an energy efficient design. We extend our environmental responsibility beyond our own operations by working with suppliers who share our commitment to clean manufacturing. Areas where a certain degree of environmental impact is inevitable, the best alternative way is to have an appropriate measure to use, handle & dispose of material and their byproducts. We have identified our current and future business activities and estimated its possible environmental impact. We try to make a social impact on the environment and the society through tree plantation drives and awareness campaigns in conjunction with neighboring industries, government bodies, industry associations and local community. A defined target has been designed to reduce the carbon footprint, efficient use of energy, water and materials, minimizing waste, re-use and recycle etc. We are committed to reviewing, evolving, and strengthening our environmental practices as technologies improve, regulations tighten, and the expectations of our clients and communities grow.
Women Empowerment
Creating Opportunities. Building Leadership
Gender equality is not just a social imperative — it is an economic one. When women are given access to education, skills, and opportunity, entire communities benefit. Empowered women reinvest in their families, strengthen local economies, and inspire the next generation to dream bigger. We recognise this multiplier effect and are committed to being a part of it. Women have been virtuously known to exhibit qualities of empathy, patience, cooperation, creativity, and dedication which make them ardent leaders. However, sometimes they are unable to explore their potential due to limited access to necessities and lack of support. We take this opportunity to educate and empower women to become self-reliant and independent. We conduct guided workshops and interactive sessions to help women recognize their strengths, learn entrepreneurial skills, and become self-confident by partnering with NGO's, industry associations and our partner network. We envision a future where every woman — regardless of her background or circumstances — has the tools, confidence, and support to chart her own path. Our commitment to women's empowerment is long-term, evolving, and deeply personal to everything we stand for as an organisation.
Child Education
Empowering children to be Independent and Responsible citizens
Children tend to have a very broad sense of imagination in their formative years. Feeding their curiosity with scientifically proven facts and its practical industry application is a great way of shaping these young minds. We involve our stakeholders and conduct various intermittent short-term programs such as awareness campaigns, guest lectures, scholarships, Inter and Intra-institute competitions, practical demonstrations etc. with preference given to the government / private schools located in the rural / urban areas having limited access to the latest educational resources. A part of this initiative is also to support the orphanage sheltering young children and under privileged children in the rural and urban areas. We are committed to expanding the reach, depth, and consistency of our child education initiatives. As our network grows, so does our ability to touch more lives, support more schools, and give more children the exposure and encouragement they need to realise their full potential.
