Mr. Kudva's journey into manufacturing began not in a boardroom, but on the production floor. Starting his career as a Production Engineer, he immersed himself in the real-world challenges of manufacturing — gaining firsthand insights that most business leaders never acquire. It was here that his passion for problem-solving took root, and his vision for what manufacturing could be began to take shape.

Within five years, his drive and capability earned him a leadership role at Associated Plasmatron Private Limited, where he served as Administrative Director. In that capacity, he restructured the company's Quality Management System, achieved AS 9100 certification, and successfully navigated through consecutive AS 9100 audits — a testament to his commitment to precision and operational excellence. He also redesigned and automated the company's business process flow through a bespoke ERP system, driving significant improvements in efficiency and accountability.

His leadership brought the organisation national recognition — earning accolades including the Most Sustainable Partner Award and the SME National Productivity Championship, presented by clients and industry associations alike. Armed with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and an MBA from the prestigious S.P. Jain Institute of Management, Mr. Kudva combines deep technical expertise with sharp business acumen — a rare combination that forms the cornerstone of everything this company stands for.

In 2021, driven by a vision to democratise world-class manufacturing for technology and engineering companies globally, he founded this company — channelling every lesson, every challenge, and every achievement into building a partner that clients can truly rely on.
