We hold our supplier partners to the same high standards we hold ourselves. To be considered for our approved supplier network, we look for the following :
All suppliers entering a business relationship with Innowerx are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving any customer or product-related information. The confidentiality of our clients' intellectual property, designs, and technical data is non-negotiable — and we expect every supplier partner to uphold this commitment with the same rigour we apply ourselves.
A documented and implemented QMS — ideally certified to ISO 9001:2015 or an equivalent standard. Suppliers operating under AS 9100, IATF 16949, or other industry-specific frameworks are particularly well suited to our requirements. The ability to provide complete material traceability with document control throughout the manufacturing cycle as per applicable quality standards.
For all first-time part developments, suppliers are required to successfully complete and pass our First Article Inspection process before a part is approved for production release. The FAI must be conducted in accordance with our defined requirements and submitted with all supporting dimensional, material, and process documentation.
To remain eligible for new order allocation, suppliers must consistently meet the minimum performance thresholds defined in our Supplier Quality Manual. Our vendor rating system evaluates suppliers across quality, delivery, documentation, and responsiveness — providing a transparent, objective framework that sets clear expectations and rewards reliable performance.

Vendor Registration
- Commence your journey by filling out the supplier registration form with details of your core manufacturing capabilities, areas of specialisation, production capacity, quality certifications, and the industries you currently serve
- Information shared at this stage is treated confidential and will be protected under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to any further engagement
- SQA team will conduct a thorough review to assess the initial fit between your capabilities and our requirements and may request a structured facility visit, if necessary

Vendor Audit
- Suppliers passing the capability evaluation are invited to undergo a formal qualification audit by our SQA team
- The audit will assess your Quality Management System, process controls, inspection and traceability practices, ESG compliance etc. and findings discussed with your team
- Trial order will be placed, if necessary, representative of the type and complexity of work to be performed. Performance across quality, delivery adherence, documentation, and responsiveness will be closely monitored

Vendor Approval
- Suppliers who successfully pass the qualification audit and / or fulfill the trial order will be inducted to the Innowerx Approved Supplier List
- Suppliers will gain access to a consistent order pipeline, advance production forecasts, and a full suite of development and growth opportunities
- Supplier performance across quality, delivery, documentation will be continuously monitored through our automated vendor rating system in the ERP. Order allocation and preferences will be subject to the overall supplier performance and feedback
